In fact, he turned 6 a couple of weeks ago but we've been so busy with summer holidays that I haven't had a chance to post until now.
We had the birthday party over a month ago so that it could be held before school broke up (and all his friends disappeared on their family holidays).
There was:
- Lots of little boys full of energy and MASSES of testosterone. (What is it with little boys and rough play???)
- A house full of balloons
- A MASSIVE cake
- A magician and a witch
- Loving family
- Lots of love and laughter
We are so proud of the person you are becoming.
Kind, sensitive, intelligent and very loving.

I also love the photos you take with Homer/Madeline, what a wonderful idea, wish I had thought of that but too late now (mine are coming up 3 and 5). We saw a new born baby the other day and I was amazed at how small they are, my boys are so big and boisterous, I can't imagine them so tiny anymore.

oh happy birthday jake!!!! I agree boys have sooo much energy! and having boy/girl twins lets you see the difference! one is happily sitting with a book and the other one is tearing around, finding something to climb over/destroy/knock over!!!
