4 finishes and new beginnings

Haven't posted for a while so I have lots to show. Hooray!!

4 new finishes:

(Yes, I know, there's only 3 in the picture there but the fourth one will come later)

From top to bottom:

1. Mum's bridge table cover is finally finished ....

I think I love the fabric on the back most of all!! Such a shame to have it hidden away like that.

2. My 2 year old great niece (long story) lost her great grandmother earlier this year.
In Grandma's fabric stash was a lovely purple wool which I have converted into a blanket for Maddie to remember her Grandma by.
It will be her Christmas gift this year ....

3. Jake's quilt finally has a binding. I chose a gorgeous chunky stripe which works really well ....

4. I have truly fallen in love with Joel Dewberry's new Ginseng range which I have used recently to make some cushions.

Well, I just HAD to have some more.

So, the 4th finish was a very quick and easy project inspired by this.

And now for the beginnings ....

To go with the new fabric covered canvas, I will be making a quilt featuring these ....

And, I have also started a new quilt for no particular reason.
I wanted to use some of the fabrics in my stash so here is a sneak peak at what I'm working on at the moment ...

That's all for now.

Much fabric love from Andi :-)

LOVING all of your projects! Beautiful colors and beautiful designs! That red and white stripe binding is wonderful! And I was eyeing the Ginseng in that colorway just this morning. Somehow I resisted...however, once you show us what you've done, I may have to have some. :-)

I love the quilts that you've made - the bridge table quilt is such a clever idea and such lovely details. I also like the little raised arrows on the other quilts...that must have been so much work - what beautiful fabrics.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my blog. x
